In our validated Scanning Center we support you in the digital transformation of your paper based records.
We organize the transport of your binders, prepare them for the scanning, convert them into searchable PDF/A and complete the files with the needed Metadata and Indexes. We organize the return of the originals or ensure a qualified disposal.
Optionally, we prepare the resulting records for the ingest into your electronic archive.

Processing takes place exclusively in our scanning center in Liestal. Our end-to-end services are secured by sophisticated IT security measures that fulfill your most demanding requirements on quality and confidentiality.
Validation Services
We will accompany you in your validation projects of your systems in regulated environments. We can consult you on all stages of the validation process and we are glad to support you in the creation of your documentation.
